New reactor, part II

Read part I here.

Work continues with the new test-reactor. I spent all day doing the technical drawings for the workshop. I use Inkscape, which is probably not optimal (it's a free vector-based drawing program, not a CAD), but it's what I know.

  1. And will you be able to make diamond coatings with it ? Just in case, you know ...

  2. @Stephanie: Aren't they pretty? Only today I have to redraw most of them, because I didn't take milling-bit tolerances into account. Ungh.

    @Petrarca: Unfortunately it's not for deposition research (the Teflon wouldn't stand up to the heat anyway), but we do have two machines that can make diamond coatings in the lab. It's a pain in the ass, though.
